have problem with this device

I got this device. But it is not switch on. When I try to charge the battery, the first 8 seconds red LED light. Then the red LED continues to light and the white LED begin to intermittently flashing.
Blue LED that is specified in the instructions, do not light up even after 3-hour charge.
So i can't use this item.

    Usually the item need well charge 5-8 hours for the first 3 times and normal full charge after that.

It's not a stereo bluetooth

First of all it's not a stereo bluetooth device, second it's not compatible with all mobile, so pay attention of your mobile describe with bluetooth connective. I have a iPAQ 2210, LG GM205, and a notebook with bluetooth connection, but I only can use it as a talk and receive gadget, not as a headphone.
