I had absoluty no problems with this mp4 it works very good and the battery last a long time. i have no negative thing to say about it. Thank-you

I want to correct my previous review. The problem was in the user side :-D (us)

The player works fine, the sound is good, the video and image quality is acceptable (for a $20 player) and the appearence is very fancy.

Just remember to charge it turned on.

I have 2 of these, a 1GB and a 4GB, one was bought through these people the other (still the same product) was bought elsewhere, I must have downloaded a bad file, because they both went crazy switching off mid play, not loading (same as your issue) etc, I formatted them both and started all over and now they are working as normal, just my 2 cents but maybe give that a try, I'm just another customer not with this company, just letting you know how I fixed my problem.

I had problems with this player, but Tinydeal.com has sent me another one.
