It is unfortunate response, I paid 165 usd usd + 6 = 171 usd for a cell phone is not working properly and now you tell me that I can repay only 60%.
This is a full-blown scam requires the total refund of my money and that your phone came out defective.
With this course of action only lose customers because they'll stop working with you.
I expect a quick solution to my problem and I've been waiting over 3 months for a solution.
