There's only one bi-color LED exactly. Check/change the batteries -- the effect you've described become noticeable when the batteries discharged.[ Withdraw ]

Браслет дошел в посылке в целости. Заказывал две штуки, прислали два разных, оба работают. Мигают с разной частотой. В темноте смотрятся забавно, в наших магазинах таких не встречал. В целом свою цену оправдывают. 50 рублей - оригинальный подарок.
Pros: Безусловно, цена.
Cons: Светит не так ярко, как на фотографии, туговатый переключатель.
Bottomline: На dx.com заказывал похожий браслет, пришел быстрее, светит ярче,
всеми цветами радуги и мигает в двух разных режимах. Но в комплекте
с этим получается празднично и симпатично.
