Maybe can't read mp4 format video

Hello, I would ask you that, if possible send me the maps of Brazil for my memory card and gave error when I went out and put dinovo not picked up but gave error in the maps gps, so if possible please send the gps for my email.
The phone is easy to use fully complete perfect = D and with a good price but did not understand why so I can not watch youtube videos by cel of an error and shuts down could explain to me why this is?

    The cel is excellent. But I have a problem. Deleted from the memory card SunaviMapData and now can not reinstall. What should I do, just download the SunaviMapData and paste on the memory card? Is there any file to be installed?
