Не могу отправить нерабочий телефон обратно !

Я не могу вернуть нерабочий телефон. Почта УКРАИНЫ отказывается принимать посылку, мотивируя это тем, что КИТАЙ не принимает посылки такого рода. Что делать не знаю ? Как вернуть мне свои деньги или заменить телефон !!!!!!!!!??????????

Телефон пришел сломаный

Телефон доставлен быстро но в нерабочем состоянии. При включении экран начинает дрожать так, что невозможно пользоваться.
Буду отправлять заказ обратно. Надеюсь проблема будет решена быстро и я не останусь без телефона надолго.

My phone screen's failure after 10 days

Phone was very good ,but now it's screen has got failure.IT has got huge lien on it.moreover I didn't felt it any.It is broken itself.Noone can repair it now.

    If the touch position is not correct, you can try to calibrate the position of touch screen by enter menu "setting" -> "pen Calibrate". You could calibrate it for a couple of times
    After calibrating, it shall work well.

good but broken

It was good, but broke with just two days of normal use, it doesn't turn on more and it's not a batery problem, I tested with two charged bateries. What could you do to me?
