I don't need your Defective phone, return me my money !
The phone don't work when you need it to work, I got it with a dark line in the upper side of the display screen as if at is broken, it dosent call at all, and the GPS don't work.
And after all this you suggest me to get a refund for 70% because of the repairs you need to do, a problem that you did by sending me a shitty phone and you need to solve it, if it was my fault for breaking the phone i would understand paying the 70% but its not my fault and I want my money 100% back.
I have sended the defective phone Order No. 331073001442847940 by your request on the address you have given me : Jinman Znang (1014717).031-111.Shennanzhong Youju. Shenzhen. Guangdong 518031 China
on 22/06/2011 and Tracking number is : RR891892593IL
And i cant understand where is this package is at now, and in the end i left without the phone and the money and the time is passing by and I am without money or phone thanks to this site , I got realiy disappointed from this site.
Who will answer this now ?

I got the phone in time but with some problems.
One of them was I couldn't open my GPS program that was installed in the phone, when i pressed it it wrote to me " open map failed! " and the scond time i pressed the program it made the phone to turn off.
If you can tell me what the problem is and how to fix that and how can i get Israel map i will appreciate that.
Another problem was a black line that appeared in the display screen on the phone in the upper part of the screen.
Please answer me as fast as possible.

Free 2 GB TF card with map (GPS function only works when the map install)
And have you installed the map of your country?

I got from these Chinese people a broken phone that didn't worked at all for me, not even 1 day.
They give guarantee but they don't keep up with there guarantee.
I payed 109$ and plus to that I have sended them back the phone and they don't answer me and I don't get the phone nor the money.
They promised to pay back 70% of the price of the phone but I still didn't get the money from them nor a response.
How is it possible to buy phones from you when you act like that ?
I hope on your honesty that after this letter you will answer me and give me back my money.
