Bought this phone for my mom, she found it quite easy to use and assembly.
It is very clear when speaking on it, you can hear the other person really, well and this is the reason I got the phone for my mom because her old phone sound like she was a 100 miles away when speaking to her.
I do recommend this phone, it's very easy to use and does what it says on the box.
