small, cute and exquisite

The material is of good quality but I can't tell what the name is. Save money to buy an extra piggy bank, that what I like the design most. But the frame is too small to put a correlative bigger picture.
By the way, the girl in the original picture of the frame is quite beautiful, her appearance is very delicate.
